On 18th of May each year, the world celebrates international museum day.  In 2021 the theme was "The Future of Museums: Recover and Reimagine."

We were commissioned to work with the bank to create a first of it`s kind virtual gallery space and exhibition. The virtual museum has no reference to any real space and was conceived as a fully immersive virtual space and platform to promote local art and artist internationally.

The exhibition featured the work of 49 talent local artists who used various media and styles to express the theme of celebration - Life is a Celebration. Narratives of celebration showcased in the exhibition highlighted festivals like Hosay, Carnival, Kartix and activities such as bele dancing, steelpan playing and limbo dancing.
